Your shopping basket is empty
If you have just completed payment details for an order, your basket will have been emptied. You should get an email confirming your order. If this does not arrive shortly, please contact Rainbow Silks as shown below.
In any other case, if you had put some products into your basket and they have disappeared, it is probably due to one of two things:
To detect cookie problems, please try out our cookie test page. If it says that you are not accepting cookies, then please check your browser to ensure that cookies are enabled. If they are not enabled, please enable them and then retry. If they are enabled, then you may have an old cookie that is causing a problem. Please delete existing Rainbow Silks cookies and try again. You may need to close your browser down and restart to get the cookies to work.

VAT Prices include VAT at the current rate. Note that books and magazines are sold without VAT. If you are ordering internationally, including the EU, VAT will be removed from applicable items. You are responsible for any taxes and customs duty applied in your country, which we cannot give guidance on.
Payment Once you have completed your personal details during the checkout process, you will then be taken to Sage Pay to complete the secure payment. Visa, Mastercard or American Express: please select the relevant button to select payment type. Sage Pay will reserve the funds for your order, but the money will not be released until your order is picked. PayPal: please select the PayPal button and log in to your PayPal account. If paying using PayPal you will be charged for the whole order immediately, even if it includes backorders and preorders. If we are out of stock of any item we will let you know and process a refund using PayPal.
