We very much regret that due to the new EU GPSR regulations we can no longer ship to our customers in the EU. As a small business it is not feasible for us to continue, and we will really miss our valued customers in these countries.

VAT Prices include VAT at the current rate. Note that books and magazines are sold without VAT. If you are ordering internationally VAT will be removed from applicable items. You are responsible for any taxes and customs duty applied in your country, which we cannot give guidance on.

Payment Once you have completed your personal details during the checkout process, you will then be taken to Evalon/Opayo to complete the secure payment. Visa, Mastercard or American Express: please select the relevant button to select payment type. Evalon/Opayo will reserve the funds for your order, but the money will not be released until your order is picked. PayPal: please select the PayPal button and log in to your PayPal account. If paying using PayPal you will be charged for the whole order immediately, even if it includes backorders and preorders. If we are out of stock of any item we will let you know and process a refund using PayPal.

Postage and Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. The website will automatically work out postage within the UK for you. 10% will be added for UK postage and packing, with a minimum of £5.25 on most orders, and a minimum of £3.90 if the order includes only light-weight and flat items such as silk scarves, lighter magazines and small books. Most UK orders are despatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
International postage is not charged at checkout as every order varies. We will contact you with shipping options and costs once your order has been weighed. We do not confirm your payment until you agree to the charge.
Goods will normally be sent out within 3 to 5 working days. However, please allow 28 days in case some items are out of stock. If you need your order by a particular date PLEASE mention this in the Comments section when you place your order so we can prioritise it.
