Cyanotype is a method of creating blueprints on fabric or paper using a photographic process discovered in 1842. Place any object or transparency onto treated paper or fabric, expose it in bright sunlight, and rinse to reveal a rich blue print.
SolarFast dyes from Jacquard develop their colour and become permanent upon exposure to sunlight, and use a different technology.
The photo shows fabric printed using the PAR kit.
